The company was founded by Philippe Leman and Laurent Guiot in 2004 based on the "storytelling" concept which Philippe Leman had been using successfully since 1995. We were likely the first company in Belgium to use the approach and the most expert partner in its application.
As Thomas Edison said: “There is always a better way to do things. Find it.” That’s why we provide support and guidance to our customers in order for them to add efficiency to effectiveness.

The generic phrase "Paths towards Excellence®" contains the entire Pilgrim Approach and the different themes, services, and tools we offer to help you travel your own paths towards Excellence.
It's also the name of the collection of true stories, presented in educational media format (see our store) that provides a common thread to our projects.
